Project Engineer – MEP (HVAC)

Basic Qualifications:
• 6–8 years
• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC execution experience.
Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in hotel projects, ensuring high energy efficiency and compliance with design and brand requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
• Supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducts, and VRF systems as per approved drawings.
• Review design and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and site teams for coordination and approvals.
• Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning activities to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain site inspection reports, as-built documentation, and commissioning records.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for seamless system integration.
• Monitor progress and material delivery to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor works executed by contractors and subcontractors, verify their bills, and conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
